Hi families,
Find the attached program for the upcoming Dec/Jan Vacation care program.
Please read through the Booking and consent form to familiarize yourself with any changes.
Remember if you have not used the service in over 13 weeks you will need to reconfirm your child/rens CWA (complied written agreement) with Centrelink via Mygov once your bookings have been entered so that the CCS (Child Care Subsidy) can be applied to your OSHC account.
We will be accepting bookings with a completed booking and consent form from Monday the 22nd of November via paper form or email.
