The year 1 students have been following the ‘Engineering Design Process’ to design solutions for the LA4 space. Their ideas were varied and included everything from a swimming pool to a treehouse. One thing was clear though, the year 1 students had put a great deal of consideration into their designs and could justify the decisions they hade made. Tessa Ewens, the Governing Council representative was blown away by their presentations and diagrams. The students certainly let Governing Council know what they believed this space should be used for. Well done all teachers and students.
