We in the Brighton Thunder & Lightning Pedal Prix team are excited to introduce our newest bike – Brighton Bolt. The addition of Bolt brings our total available cars to 3, making our team one of the largest in the country! Without Bolt, our growing numbers would not have the opportunity to train and race as often as we do and ensure that we remain one of the strongest schools in the competition.
In order to secure our brand new bike, Brighton Primary School were supported by an incredibly generous donation of $8000 from The Brighton Over 50’s Club. This is not the first time that the club has helped our team to secure a bike and we thank them for their ongoing support.
Our team held an upper primary assembly in week 9 of term 2 to say thank you to Pip Pearson, and other members of the Brighton Over 50’s Club. Please find the attached video of the assembly below.
