I have made a follow up call to Australia Post who advised the books are in South Australia, but are not yet in transit to our school.
This has been escalated with the sense of urgency that many of these have been purchased as part of Christmas gifts. Our school office closes tomorrow. We have our fingers and toes crossed that your orders arrive before then.
