Weekly Wrap Up- Learning Hub Assemblies

Dear Families,

This week, we shine the spotlight on our Learning Hub assemblies. These gatherings, held twice a term, are special occasions that foster a strong sense of community among students, teachers, and parents/carers. It’s a time for us to come together and celebrate the incredible learning taking place in our classrooms, while also showcasing the achievements and progress our students are making.

This week, Vanessa’s Year 1 class took the stage and did an outstanding job hosting the assembly. They shared their learning about families, objects past and present, with confidence and enthusiasm. We were  impressed by their bravery in speaking in front of such a large audience. Additionally, the Auslan skills demonstrated by our Foundation students were commendable. We extend our thanks to Vanessa and Kylee for their guidance and support in helping the students present their learning with such confidence.

We are grateful for your ongoing support, which plays a crucial role in inspiring a love for learning in our students. We look forward to our term 2 Learning Hub assemblies and hope you are able to join us.

It’s hard to believe that term 1 is quickly coming to an end. Term 1 will finish with the Colour Fun Run next Friday.  It’s not too late to register and to donate money. Please see previous blogs for more information.

Enjoy the weekend.

Warm Regards, Rebecca
