Weekly Wrap Up -2023 Positive Impact Project

Dear Families,

We are thrilled to share the latest update from the 2023 Student Executive Positive Impact Project! Our Student Executives and IT managers have been busy producing, filming and editing Episode 2 of  The Seagull.  Stay tuned for the release of episode 2 of The Seagull.

The STEM Projects for 2023 in 4.7 and 4.8 were shared very successfully with members of the Caravan and Camping Association in the past few weeks. The members of the board of this association were very impressed by the students’ designs, level of knowledge and ability to present their ideas clearly and with confidence. We were lucky enough to be invited by the Caravan and Camping Association to share a sample of our STEM Projects at their RV Weigh Day Education session. An excited small group of eight students presented their STEM Project solutions, designs and knowledge at the education session. This small group, along with Kate Stanbury, connected with a Member of Parliament, the keen public and association members. All people were astounded by the level of knowledge and design thinking shared. We are very proud of all of our efforts with the STEM projects this year.

The Junior, Senior and Signing Choir will be spreading the joy of Christmas at the Glenelg Christmas Pageant on Sunday. We hope to see many of you there.

Warm Regards, Rebecca
