Keith Haring particularly liked to work with children and the everyday people of New York. He wanted all people to be able to enjoy and make Art and donated lots of his monies made from sales of Artwork to children’s hospitals and people in need. The children in year 5 were quite fascinated by him giving away most of his earnings and enjoyed observing ,discussing and then making their own Keith Haring inspired Art.
The children used various materials and created a 3 dimensional sculpture using wire and foil based on a 2 dimensional drawing .
