School Disco!

Dear Families,

P&F Committee are pleased to announce the Brighton Primary School Disco will be held on Friday 31st of March 2023.

The Disco will be held in the school hall and will be hosted by Bop Til You Drop with volunteers from Parents &Friends Committee and BPS Staff caring for your children.

The disco will be split into 3 sessions: –

Reception & Year 1 students – 4pm – 4.45pm

Year 2 to Year 4 students – 5.15pm – 6.15pm

Year 5 & Year 6 students – 6.30pm until 7.30pm

The tickets will be $5 each student.  Purchasing will be available on Qkr! until 9am on Tuesday 28th March 2023.

Go to Menu – Parents and Friends – School Disco. Choose each child separately and click on the session applicable to their year, repeat for each child.

Please ensure you complete the attached Qkr! form with the name of each student and the carer’s contact details for on disco night.

Please note the disco is for BPS students only.

For each ticket purchased a wristband will be sent home.  Each child attending the disco will need to arrive wearing their wristband.  It is a good idea to write a contact phone number on each wristband, in case of emergency.

Drop off and pick up is at the school hall. Each session is a ‘lock-in’ with access only to the toilet facilities. Please note parents are not allowed in the hall during the disco. At the end of each session, parents/carers will enter the hall, class by class, to collect their children.

Water is provided during the disco and refreshments given to each student when leaving.
