You may have noticed that there is now a link on our invoices for our new Parent Childcare App.
The App gives you instant access to:
Your: Centrelink Reference Number
Total amount payable to your account
Invoices
Payments and Fees
Your child’s: Centrelink Reference Number
Immunisation Status
Collection Authorities / Emergency Contacts
Dietary and Health Conditions
Bookings
You will be able to use this app to book your child/ren into BSC/ASC if the sessions are not fully booked.
The app will also allow you to cancel a booking.
The app will follow our cancelation policy, 9:00am the day of a ASC booking to cancel at no charge and 6:30pm the previous day to cancel a BSC booking.

Your username is the email address that you have provided to your service and your password is your pin number used for the electronic sign in system (your mobile number)
This can be saved to your homepage as an app on your mobile phone.
