QKR Sport Consent Forms / Reminder

Thank you to all of the families who have successfully filled out and paid for Beach Volleyball through QKR! It is great to see that just under half of the students have had their notes submitted. Unfortunately though, we do need everyones notes back by the end of this week. If anyone is still unsure on how to complete the consent form through QKR! please do not hesitate to contact the school as this will be the new process for sports consent forms.
