You will shortly be receiving two permission forms – a Cyber Safety Use Agreement and a Consent Form – Child/Student Permission to use image, video, voice, and/or creative work of students and children.
Please discuss the Cyber Agreement with your child – they are expected to know what is acceptable behaviour and what is not. Older students are also required to sign the agreement themselves, indicating that they understand the school’s expectations of appropriate behaviour with technology.
The Consent Form – Child/Student Permission to use image, video, voice, and/or creative work of students and children is known in school as the photo permission form. If you do not want ANY photos of your child taken by the school, then you should not sign this form. Please be aware however that this will include official school photos, as well as photos taken of students in the class and on excursions etc. It will also exclude us from sending any messages home on Seesaw of your child or their work. Please also be aware that we do not have control over other parents taking photos of your child on our school grounds.
