On the 3/11 and 4/11 Brighton Oval development contractors will be laying asphalt in the main carpark of the Football club. This will in turn increase truck movements at times that cannot be controlled due to the asphalt only having a short lifespan, meaning it has to be delivered as quickly as possible into the site. Whilst the company will try and avoid our pick up and drop off times there may be added congestion on Highet avenue.
