Im not sure if I missed something but finding out on the last fab of school that there is a pupil free day on the first day back. I am always checking to make sure that I am across the school days off, I’m a shift worker and my roster is done six weeks in advance so two weeks notice of a planned school day off is not acceptable can you please give us more notice.

Thanks for your message. We know how important it is for all our families to be able to plan in advance.
We have had Monday, 16 October marked as a Student Free day since the start of the year. This detail has been on the top of the Term 1, 2 and 3 Term Planner that have been distributed. It has also been an event on our school’s Facebook page which is open to the Public meaning anyone on or off Facebook can access this information. Sorry you missed this information, we try to get our message out there and will continue to look for ways to improve.
