Dear Families,
It is with gratitude that we say farewell to our passionate year 6 teacher, Candice Martin. Throughout Candice’s 8 years at Brighton she has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to our students and has supported all of them on their education journey. Candice has gone above and beyond to provide the students with a wide range of meaningful learning experiences both within the classroom and beyond the school gates.
Our graduating students over the past 8 years will remember Candice fondly. Candice has taken on a leadership role in the coordination of experiences for our students final year at Brighton Primary. From the design of the senior jumpers and polos, the camps, the excursions, the STEM learning and our amazing Graduation ceremonies. Candice always stepped forward whilst never wavering her commitment and dedication to teaching.
As Candice embarks on her next chapter in her teaching career, it is without doubt that she will be missed at Brighton. We extend a big thank you to Candice for her dedication, passion and the countless ways she has enriched the lives of our students.
Farewell Candice and all the best for your next adventure.
Warm Regards, Rebecca
Best wishes to Candice from a past BPS family. Jorja has only great memories with Candice. From her cartwheels in Canberra, tears on graduation night, and the interesting discussions during the year 7 girls only sessions…..she always went above and beyond. 😊
