For students currently in Year 6, who are transitioning to Secondary School in 2023, our school needs to ensure we have correct email and address details for contacts listed as PG1 and PG2 on our school’s enrolment papers.
Accurate information is required to enable the Department for Education to email, and process, the online registration form for your child’s Secondary School application.
Updating our school now is only required if you have changed residential address or email addresses without updating the school.
If your residential address has changed, the department requires the following:
Proof of Residency:
- If you own your residence, you are required to provide a copy of:
- Contract of sale for the property or a recent council rates notice, and
- Recent gas or electricity bill for the property in your name.
- If you rent your residence, you are required to provide a copy of:
- A rental agreement and
- bond receipt lodged with Consumer Business Services showing the current place of residence. The rental agreement should cover at least the first 12 months at the school, and
- Recent gas or electricity bill for the property in your name.
