Hi Families,
Due to Gmail and Hotmail tightening their security on spam emails many of you may not of received your invoices emailed out to you the week ending the 6th and this week. This may continue for some time whilst our childcare management system Spike Economic Outlook can solve this problem.
We have been told that you should still be receiving these emails but they will be in your Junk/Spam box.
If not you can use the Spike parent childcare app to view and make bookings and to view your account balance.
If you need a invite to the Spike parent childcare app send us a email or text and we will send the link to you.
The account holder at Brighton OSHC will be the only one that will be able to view and create bookings and view the account balance.
If either of these 2 options do not work for you we can email or print your account balance for you.
