Hi Families,
Now that school will be back to face to face learning on Monday the 14/2 Brighton OSHC will be back to following our bookings and cancelations policy which has been placed on hold due to COVID-19.
To cancel a booking for before school care with no charge/absence fee the service will need to be notified by 6:30pm the previous day to the booking.
To cancel a booking for after school care with no charge/absence fee the service will need to be notified by 9:00am the day of the booking.
Have you booked your child in for permeant sessions this term? if not send us a txt or email and we will create the bookings for you..
Would you like the power to create bookings or cancelations without waiting for confirmation from us.. if so contact us and we will send you a link to the Spike parent childcare app, this app will allow you to book and cancel your child/ren following our bookings and cancelations polices. This app is great for casual bookings.
