As part of the process of rolling over SeeSaw to next years class structures a few things will happen.
Firstly, your child’s journal will be archived off. This will mean you will no longer be able to see it inside the SeeSaw App. But, you can download a copy of their entire journal to a computer to keep forever. If you wish to do this please see this article by SeeSaw for step by step instructions on how to do so.
Secondly, as you are linked to the student, as we activate the classes their new class feeds will become visible to you inside the app. There is nothing you need to do. If for some reason you have become logged out of the app, you just need to log back in with the same email address and password you registered with in the first place. Like all systems, if you forgot your password, they have a forgot password tool.
The rollover process will commence on January 10th 2022. Please make sure you have completed your archive before this date.
If you are a new family to our school you will be sent home a info sheet with a code and QR code on it allowing you to sign up and link to your child(ren).
If you are wanting to link another family member or lost your account and needed to sign up a new one then you will require the QR Code sheet again. Please contact your child’s teacher to arrange.
