Thank you, Brighton Primary School, for supporting the Parents and Friends Charity Fundraiser Footy Colours Day to Raise money for the Fight Cancer Foundation, which was held on the last day of Term 3.
Together we raised a total $600.00 which has been transferred to the Fight Cancer Foundation.
Not only that, it was a great day, and fun to celebrate the last day of term, by wearing our favourite team colours.
All the money raised through Footy Colours Day funds the Fight Cancer Foundation’s education support programs which keeps kids learning while they undergo cancer treatment. The program operates in major paediatric hospitals in South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales.
Making sure kids stay engaged with their education while they receive treatment for cancer is one of the fundamental ways the Fight Cancer Foundation helps reduce the long-term impact of cancer.
