Yesterday the foundation classes welcomed Jacqui from the RSPCA to help them learn about how to be a considerate pet owner. Jacqui spoke about the needs of animals, particularly pets, and how we can support their health and wellbeing. The students asked questions, told pet anecdotes and shared their knowledge so far. It was evident the students have learnt a great deal through the Research phase of the Engineering Design Process to be able to solve their STEM problem. They especially know a lot about micro-chips.
