Hi Families,
Karmin will be leaving Brighton OSHC after 2 years on the 3rd of September, we will miss her energy and her compassion for children’s rights we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
Please read her following message.
I started working at OSHC about 2 years ago while I was conducting my placement at Brighton Primary School for a social work degree.
But it wasn’t long until I realized working with children was where my future was to lead me. Over that time I have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful co-workers and received valuable guidance and support from various professionals at the school. But it was the children, and the rewards I experienced from working with them that ultimately led to my future career. It was a pleasure knowing that the children’s families put trust in our ability to provide the appropriate care and support for their children.
I have decided to further my career and have been offered work that involves children’s crisis support and welfare.
As I take this next step in my career I would like to thank all those who have supported me and gave me guidance during these 2 years, my superiors, my co-workers, the families, and mostly the children who ultimately showed where my future lies.
I will always have fond memories of my time at OSHC. Thank you all very much and best wishes to you all.
Thanks,
Karmin
We’ll miss you, Karmin, but we wish all the best in your future adventures.
With love,
Lara and family
