Thursday was a day of industry professional visits for STEM.
The year 6 classes had a visit from Katie Davies-Plummer, an aboriginal artist, who is supporting their design of the LA4 space, particularly a unique painting to cover the electrical box in this area.
Penny’s year 4 class also had a visit from an industry professional, Amy Blaylock from Green Adelaide. She is supporting the students develop a solution to their STEM problem of reducing Brighton’s landfill. This project is in response to a waste audit that we had early in the year.
