On April 25 we commemorate ANZAC Day and acknowledge the service of men and women serving their country and pursuing peace. This year our local ANZAC ceremony was moved from the Arch of Remembrance at Brighton Beach to the Brighton Football Oval.
During the ceremony, we heard from war veterans, politicians, and a past Brighton Primary School student, Isabella Conner.
This year our school was represented by two of our Student Executive Officers, Samika Lewis and Ben Dickson, who had the honour of laying a wreath during this ceremony.
