Dear Families,
With this year’s Covid-19 restrictions and our inability to allow parents on site, has meant we have needed to be very creative as to how we can share whole events with our community. Our end of year Celebration Concert is another example as was our Sports Day, Art Show and National Week Of Deaf People Celebration. This year we will live stream our Celebration Concert at 9:30am on Friday December 4th. The whole concert will be available for viewing live and remain up for your viewing until the end of the year. Learning area items will be pre-recorded this week and next, leading up to the concert. Hosts will present these acts to you live on the day with all classes watching the concert streamed to their respective classrooms. We acknowledge it’s not the same as sitting outside with your community on a warm summers evening, but we are hoping everyone will enjoy what should be a special Celebration Concert. Having pre-recorded videos of performance items allows for a more diverse range of ideas, with staff being creative with a camera instead of a live audience. We guarantee plenty of singing and dancing as always!
A running sheet and further details will be published in the near future when finalised-as we did for our Sports Day.
