The OSHC Sub Committee is delighted to announce that Mr Ben Hepper has been appointed as Director of the BPS OSHC.
Ben comes to us with a wealth of experience as Director of very large OSHC service within Adelaide. In addition, Jed who has been with the OSHC service for some time and is a valued member of staff has been appointed as the Assistant Director of OSHC in an acting capacity.
Ben and Jed have been undertaking a huge volume of work to resolve a number of issues, including problems that have been experienced by families of the OSHC service with billing and CCMS payments. We appreciate your ongoing patience as they continue to work through this, but already they have made considerable progress, and are very grateful for their hard work. They are also preparing for the next cycle of OSHC accreditation.
There are lots of other initiatives and improvements being planned by the team so watch this space!
