Warradale Kindergarten provides a language-rich, play-based learning environment for preschool children. We use an inquiry approach to learning, where children’s knowledge, interests and ideas are followed and extended. This allows and encourages participation by all children in the Kindergarten program. We promote play as the vehicle through which children learn and use play to support children’s numeracy and literacy development.
We incorporate an inclusive preschool program for children who are deaf or hard of hearing, and offer Auslan (Australian Sign Language) learning for all children in our preschool.
