Movie Night

Dear Families,

P&F Committee are pleased to announce the Brighton Primary School Movie Night will be held on Friday 16th of June 2023.

The movie sessions will be held in the school hall and Stem Room and are hosted by volunteers from Parents & Friends Committee and BPS Staff who will be caring for your children.

The movies night will be split into 3 sessions: –

  • 4.45pm – 6.30pm for Reception students (Stem Room)
  • 4.30pm – 6.15pm for Year 1 to Year 3 students (Hall)
  • 6.45pm until 8.30pm for Year 4 to Year 6 students (Hall)

The tickets will be $5 each student.  Purchasing will be available on Qkr! until 9am on Tuesday 13th of June 2023.

Go to Menu – Parents and Friends – Movie Night. Choose each child separately and click on the session applicable to their year, repeat for each child.

Please ensure you complete the attached Qkr! form with the carer’s contact details for on movie night and any food allergies.

 For each ticket purchased a wristband will be sent home.  Each child attending the movie night will need to arrive wearing their wristband. 

 Tickets purchase will be available on the night (cash sale), please come 10 minutes early.

 Please note the event is for BPS students only.

Drop off and pick up is at the school hall, and Stem Room for Reception students.  Each session is a ‘lock-in’ with access only to the toilet facilities.  Please note parents are not allowed in during the sessions. At the end of each session, parents/carers will collect their children, class by class.

 Snacks will be provided during the sessions.  Students to bring their own water bottles and a cushion to sit on.
