Dear Families,
The first day of the school year is one of the best on the calendar! It was wonderful to welcome children and their families, new and those returning to Brighton, on Monday. It was lovely to see so many smiling faces and hear our yard full of chatter. A warm welcome to the 125 children and their families who have joined the Brighton community. We also welcome some new Educators to our community. Keep an eye on the blog next week as we will be introducing our 2023 staff teams.
Thank you for supporting your child/ren’s return to school smoothly. It certainly has made our job easier. Everyone has settled well into their new classes and are having a wonderful time getting to know their new Educators and classmates.
Our new look acquaintance night ‘Building Community’ will be held on Wednesday 15th February at 5:00pm on the courts area. This event provides you and your child/ren the opportunity to have some fun together, meet and chat with staff, connect with other families, and visit classrooms and specialist learning areas. A flyer with additional information was sent home with children today. This information is also available on the Blog.
We can’t wait to see how the children learn and grow over the course of the year.
