The SMS provider used by Sentral uses a shared pool of numbers to balance its load. As a result, when we message you it could come from a range of numbers. If you reply to that message on the same day the system will know it came from Brighton PS and route the reply back to us.
But, if you load up a message from us two weeks later and respond to that as a notification of a new absence it may not make it to us. If you are initiating the message, please make sure you send it directly to our incoming number 0476 857 212.
