Hey parents, WE WANT YOU!
The Brighton Primary School Pedal Prix team has grown to be one of the nation-wide competition’s largest and most competitive primary school team. But, this would never have been possible without the support of our school community. We have been so privileged to have been supported in previous years by generous volunteers who are willing and happy to donate their time so that the students of Brighton Primary School can be involved in this incredible and inclusive event. But, with our Year 6 and Year 7 families moving to high school we are now left without a mechanical support team for 2022.
The Pedal Prix Coordinator for 2022 is currently seeking expressions of interest for any members of our school community who are willing to give their time to support our team in the role of Mechanic Support. The role is voluntary and shared across all who are willing to be involved. Minimal knowledge is required and anyone with a willingness to learn the ins and outs of the simple bike mechanics are welcome and encouraged. Your child does not need to be involved in the team to give support, either!
