Premier’s Reading Challenge: There are now only 10 school days left for students to complete the challenge and to hand in their completed sheets to the library. Keep those pages turning!
Scholastic Book Club: Brochures for Issue 6 will be coming home this week. All orders can be placed online and will be delivered to the school.
Book Week & Writer’s Week: We can’t wait to see what wonderful characters our students will be dressed up as next week (7). The parade will be after the assembly on Wednesday afternoon. It would be great if students could have the book that their character comes from, with them for the parade.
Writer’s Week Awards: Judging is currently taking place for this year’s awards. There are some great entries and we are very pleased by the talent that is on show. Overall winners and Growth as a Writer awards will be announced at the assembly next Wednesday afternoon.
