Early Dismissal Consent Form – Last day of term

Good Afternoon

On Tuesday your child’s class teacher distributed to your child/ren a Department for Education paper consent form titled CONSENT FORM FOR CHIEF EXECUTIVE APPROVED EARLY DISMISSALS.

This consent form is aligned to our school finishing one hour early (2:10pm) on the last day of each term.

We will be finishing at the normal time of 3:10pm on Thursday 1 April (Easter Public Holidays are Fri 2 April  and Monday 5 April).

We originally requested this form to be signed and returned by this Friday, 12 March 2021, but are extending this deadline to Monday 15 March 2021.
