Good Start to the 2021 School Year

We have enjoyed a very good start to the school year with 729 students enrolled across 27 classes. Many of our classes are to capacity with no places available in a number of classes. Thank you to those parents who have abided by our common sense approach regarding ‘no classroom’ entry. This is the approach adopted across all school sites in the state and something we successfully implemented throughout much of the last half of 2020. Please continue to follow this request and if you need to speak to your child’s teacher, make an appointment through Seesaw, email or by phone. Our Acquaintance Night will take place on Tuesday the 9th of February unless new Covid restrictions are implemented. Further details regarding this important night will be shared on our Blog next week.

If you need to enter the Front Office please limit the number of visiting adults to 6-if there are 6 adults in the front office please wait until someone exits. This is based on a 2 square metre area per person-this includes the 5 office staff in this space. You do not need to sign in, if your visit is under 15 minutes. For any adult staying for a longer period of time you are required to sign in both electronically and in hard copy. Our front office staff will assist you with this if required.

Our unique QR code for our school will be activated from between the 8th and 10th of February. This delay is to ensure the system is not overloaded. Visiting contractors, outside providers and other ‘non parent’ adults will need to scan the QR code-parents will not be required to do so.
