Wow-what a year! In my 44 years as an educator/leader I can confidently say that 2020 has been the most challenging year I have experienced. I can also say that the staff and students have ‘shone’ throughout the year taking on the challenges we were faced with, in a very professional and determined manner. We have always tried to do our best to ensure that our students are ‘at the centre of everything we do’ and they have demonstrated great resilience during this very tough year. Special thanks also to our parents/caregivers who have followed the restrictions we were required to put in place -advice given and taken by SA Health.
May I take this opportunity to wish all members of the Brighton School community a very happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year. Enjoy your break, hopefully with family and we will see all students back to school on Wednesday the 27th of January next year.
