In preparation for the possibility of schools having to close, as part of the response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are seeking to gather information from our school community with regards to what technology children have access to in their home environment.
We have compiled a very short questionnaire which we ask all families complete; one per family, and in the case of split families, one per home.

This data will then enable us to offer appropriate support where it is needed should a closure happen.
