Hi Families,
Find the attached April Vacation care program and booking form.
To confirm your bookings please complete, sign and return your booking form, we will accept forms in person and via email.
No bookings will be accepted via the phone.
We ask all parents to notify us of your children’s absences if we are not notified by 9:00am on the day of your After School Care booking you will still be charged the full fee, we must be notified by 6:30pm the previous day to cancel a Before School Care booking.
This helps us provide the correct child to educator ratio.
