Thank you to our 2019 Sports Captains for presenting today’s assembly, you did an incredible job. Well done.
Thank you to everyone who volunteers their time and energy to assist our sporting programs, both during school hours and after school. As Renee quoted at our assembly “our volunteers do not necessarily have the time, what they do have is a big heart”.
Special thanks to 3 sports coordinators who are leaving the school at the end of 2019. Our soccer coordinators, Taz & Nikki, and our volleyball coordinator, Sharee. These 3 people have been instrumental in the success of after school sport and school carnivals, including not only the sports they have run, but also with pedal prix, netball, basketball and various roles on committee’s. Thank you for your contribution.
This morning we took time to recognise our State and District representatives, our carnival and SAPSASA participants, our Pedal Prix team and sponsors, our extra curricular sports people, our teacher involvement and our community that make this all happen.
Thanks to everyone who gave our school sports a try and to their support crew for encouraging them to do so.
To finish off, we had a free raffle for everyone in attendance – congratulations to our 5 winners 🙂
