After School Sports – Winter Season (Terms 2 and 3)

Volleyball, Netball and Basketball forms are overdue.  Absolute last day is tomorrow.

These teams will be created on the registrations received by the end of school tomorrow.  The only opportunity for late registrations after this time will be if we need to fill a team.

Soccer and AFL are closing soon,  please submit your applications to avoid disappointment.

Please remember all our teams require team managers, and all sports other than volleyball, also require a coach.  Please offer if you are able.

Many thanks,

Sharree, Danielle, Nikki, Taz, Mandy and Jan-Marie

Sports Coordinators

    1. Hi Sascha
Cricket is a summer sport run during terms 1 and 4. Darcy remains on the waitlist for C grade and I will be in touch if we need players for term 4. If a spot becomes available for cricket in T4, that is held each Thursday afternoon, with training before the game.
Regarding volleyball – if you have submitted a registration form for Darcy for the winter season, Sharee and Danielle will be able to confirm this. Sharree can be contacted via email on shareejones@bigpond.com.
Volleyball is always Friday night. Training is offered on either a Monday or Thursday dependent on when Sharee and Danielle has organised this for Darcy’s team. Training is rotated through the teams and is not weekly. This is because we have found it ineffective to train 40 children at a time.
I hope this helps your planning

    1. Hi Leeann
I visited all classrooms with notes, perhaps on a day when your children were away? It’s great you’ve seen this post so we can sort this quickly.
If you check out the blog post on 8 March you can use the links to view and print all forms. Can I ask you email or text me today, to say what sports you’re interested in.

It is not too late if you get in quickly 🙂
      Thanks
